What is the application process?

Our all-digital application process is quick and easy for your convenience. We ask for basic information about you and or your business, followed by a discovery call. You will then submit an application online and upload all your support documents through our Client Access portal on our website. We will present a proposal on your behalf to our lenders and then report back with the conditions of the offer. If you accept, Ronam Capital will then finalized the approved commitment.

We do everything within our power to make the funding process simple, fast, and hassle-free, but we need your cooperation, too! The best way to avoid delays and receive your funding as quickly as possible is to provide all requested documentation to us in a timely manner.

What can I use the money for?

I have bad credit and even a previous bankruptcy. Can you get me funding?

This is one of our most frequently asked questions and the answer is YES! If you have slightly bruised credit, or even have previously filed for bankruptcy, we can still provide you with working capital.

The qualifications are 1) you have been in business for at least three months and 2) your business generates sales in excess of $8,500 per month. In over 90% of cases, if you meet these two requirements, we can provide you with funding!

Why do I need a property appraisal?

When you are purchasing or acquiring equity from a home you will want to know two things: whether you are paying the right price and whether the condition of the home is as promised. To determine the value of the home you may need a professional appraisal. If you are taking out a mortgage loan the lender usually requires a professional third-party appraisal of the home to determine the lending value.

Why should I go to a mortgage broker/agent first?

A professional presentation to a lender on the primary application will get the best response and save you valuable time and money.  Secondary applications with previous credit bureau inquiries can become more costly. Often the success of obtaining mortgage approval depends on the way a proposal is presented and to whom it is sent. Your mortgage broker is trained to present your mortgage proposal where and how it will get the most immediate, positive result.
